WHAT DATA IS PROCESSED

Service Chat uses the APIs provided by Whatsapp, so the messages sent are conveyed by the application, which then transmits the phone number associated with the Whatsapp user.

WHO CAN PROCESS DATA AND HOW?

However, communication is limited to only categories of data whose transmission is necessary for the performance of the activities and purposes pursued.
WHERE WE STORE DATA AND FOR HOW LONG
Personal data will be retained for the duration of the contract and as long as obligations or obligations related to the execution of the contract persist.
Some contact data, especially the email addresses used for newsletters, are transferred to the Mailchimp software databases, to servers residing in the US; Mailchimp adheres to the Privacy Shield (the U.S.-Europe transfer guarantee framework), and ensures full dissubscribe from newsletter lists. and other authorised persons may retain your personal administrative-accounting data – including for compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, as well as for defensive purposes of their own or for third parties – that is, for the fulfillment of specific legal obligations, until the expiration of the regulatory retention period applicable on a case-by-case basis.
