Flavia Gelsomini’s ETRUSCAN KANTHAROS Farm informs the individuals Suppliers, or contacts of the Suppliers of the Agricultural Company, that the personal data acquired in relation to the contractual relations is collected directly with the person concerned and will be treated in accordance with the current regulations, however with due confidentiality.

The collection, i.e. the processing of personal data, is intended to provide adequate to the requirements related to the performance of the agricultural company’s business.

  • pre-contract requirements;

  • to fulfil contractual obligations to the person concerned by carrying out an act, plurality of acts or set of operations necessary to fulfil those obligations;

  • to enforce the contractual obligations or equipment to each public or private entity;

  • complying with legal obligations.

In relation to the above purposes, the processing of personal data is done through manual, computer and telematics tools with logics closely related to the purposes themselves and, in any case, in order to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data itself in accordance with the aforementioned law.

For the stipulation and execution of the contractual relationship,

the collection of personal data is also mandatory, having to carry out the legal and tax requirements, and the refusal to provide such data will result in the impossibility of establishing relations with the Agricultural Company.

Treatment does not require the consent of the person concerned.

The processing of personal data provided by you, or otherwise acquired as part of our activity, can be carried out in addition to the staff of institutions, professionals, companies, or consortia that on behalf of the Agricultural Company, provide specific processing services or that carry out activities related, instrumental or support to the commercial activity of the Agricultural Company.

This treatment may also be carried out by persons who have the right to access your personal data by law, regulations or EU law, or by persons to whom communication or dissemination is provided for by rules of law or regulation, or by public entities for carrying out their institutional functions.

Personal data and its processing may be subject to communication to companies for the conduct of economic activities (information systems management, insurance, banking or non-bank brokerage, shipping management, bagging and sending correspondence) or for the fulfillment of legal rules (accountant studies, lawyers). The data will not be disclosed.

While the data retention obligations that may be imposed by law remain, the duration of the treatment is functional to the relationship with the Farm, to administrative, accounting, tax and organizational requirements.

THE RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED

Persons referred to as personal data are entitled at any time, under Article 50. 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of the EU Regulation 2016/679, to obtain confirmation of whether or not the same data exists and to know its contents and origin, to verify its accuracy or to ask for its integration or update, or to rectify.
