Gelsomini&#8217;s ETRUSCAN KANTHAROS Farm informs<\/span> the individuals Suppliers, or contacts of the<span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"> Suppliers of the Agricultural Company, that the personal data acquired in relation to the contractual relations is collected directly with the person concerned and will be treated in accordance with the current regulations, however with due confidentiality.<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\">The collection, i.e. the processing of personal data, is intended to provide adequate to the requirements related to the performance of the agricultural company&#8217;s business.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\">pre-contract requirements;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\">to fulfil contractual obligations to the person concerned by carrying out an act, plurality of acts or set of operations necessary to fulfil those obligations;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\">Treatment does not require the consent of the person concerned.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\">The processing of personal data provided by you, or otherwise acquired as part of our activity, can be carried out in addition to the staff of institutions, professionals, companies, or consortia that on behalf of the Agricultural Company, provide specific processing services or that carry out activities related, instrumental or support to the commercial activity of the Agricultural Company.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\">This treatment may also be carried out by persons who have the right to access your personal data by law, regulations or EU law, or by persons to whom communication or dissemination is provided for by rules of law or regulation, or by public entities for carrying out their institutional functions.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\">Personal data and its processing may be subject to communication to companies for the conduct of economic activities (information systems management, insurance, banking or non-bank
